Toojwear Shipping Policy

At Toojwear, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time,
Every Toojwear jacket is handcrafted at our production facility in Karachi, Pakistan. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.
Orders placed on Sundays or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@toojwear.com.
Customs & Import Duties
Toojwear ships internationally from Pakistan. Your order may be subject to customs inspections and import duties depending on your country's regulations. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Toojwear. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.
