Our source of leather?
Our leather jackets are from Pakistan, the source of one of the best leather skins around the world. Our factory is located in the capital hub of Pakistan, Karachi. Our factory has all the industry certifications required to export these leather products to the USA, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Our quality of leather?
We use 100% genuine top-grained sheep and other leathers which have a buttery and shiny feel. These leather types are more durable and tougher than other leathers.

Does our shipping address change support?
Email us the new shipping address at support@toojwear.com within 3 working days of purchase to avoid paying for an extra shipping fee. Toojwear will take no responsibility if the order is delivered to the wrong address after the given time.

Our say on “Customs and Duties”?
Custom duties are beyond our control. You can find out the customs charges by calling your local customs office.

Where is your order?
You’ll be able to constantly track your order via our website. If three weeks have passed and you haven’t got your jacket please contact us through our web form or send us an email at support@toojwear.com.
The most important information you have provided us is your correct shipping address. We will not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit or shipped to the wrong address.

 

Leather Care & Well-being

Your jacket is completely wet!! Now What?
As your jacket is made of sheep leather, you should pat dry the leather, massage the slightly wet (damp) jacket with leather conditioner and leave it overnight to dry. The conditioner will bring back the natural moisture that your jacket lost due to water.

Is your jacket waterproof?
Your jacket is not waterproof but is water resistant. We recommend you not to wear your jacket during the heavy rainy weather.

How can you remove wrinkles from your jacket?
To remove the wrinkles, place a cloth on top of the wrinkled part and quickly iron. It is important to ensure that the iron is not too hot.

You mistakenly spilled something on your jacket! Now What?
You can clean stains or mold from your jacket with a cotton cloth damped with equal parts of water and alcohol.

Guidelines for storing your jacket during off-seasons?
To preserve the fresh look of your leather jacket, we recommend you cover it with a jacket cover and hang it on a cushioned hanger to maintain its original shape. Make sure to store it in a cool and dry place.

You got dust on your jacket! Now What?
We’ll give you a dry cotton cloth with every jacket you buy! Use that cotton cloth to wipe off any dust on your jacket.

You ripped your jacket! Now What?
Email us at support@toojwear.com. Please go through our terms and conditions as such issues are not covered by our warranty.

Should you ship in the original packaging?
No! This will help us reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can. Feel free to use the packaging for your own daily chores.

Warranty

How can you claim a warranty?
You can claim your warranty by sending us an email on support@toojwear.com. Mention your order number and warranty number in the body of the email.

Who will pay for shipping in a warranty?
Toojwear will pay for the shipping on the 1st claim only following the T&Cs mentioned on the website to claim the warranty.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
A lifetime warranty covers manufacturing and material faults only.

If there is a manufacturing or material fault, we will fix it or replace your jacket with a new one. In case if it cannot be fixed or replaced, we will create a credit store of the Jackets cost for you so that you can buy other products. However, the shipping cost to repair the jacket will be bared by the customer.

You ripped your jacket, can I claim a warranty?
Any damage apart from manufacturing and material faults will not be covered by warranty.

Warranty Claims

Please have a look at the following points when you decide to claim your warranty

  • Wear and tear changes to the appearance of the product is not covered in warranty claims
  • Once we receive the product from you we will do a thorough inspection of the product. If the defect is found in your jacket we will repair it without charging any labor cost to you
  • Only the original owner of the product can claim the warranty. any warranty claims will not be valid for resale or transfer of ownership of the product
  • If a patina is developed on your jacket please note that this is the characteristic of leather and it’s not a defect. Warranty will not be charged for the color of the leather
  • No two colors of the leather products are always the same and for this particular reason, the product will be slightly different from the online marketing images d n the print format that you see on our social media channels and website. Hence this is not covered under warranty. For the returns claims please see our returns page.
  • When you claim the warranty, you must send us the warranty card for any claims or requests made under this warranty. The card must be produced by the owner and further ID or other checks may be requested to reconfirm your identity as the original purchaser. If you lose your warranty card you can always reach out to us at the following email address to discuss this issue further: support@toojwear.com
  • We at Toojwear, reserve the right to withdraw or amend any terms of this warranty without notice. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty

I received a damaged product. Now What?

If you’ve received a damaged product please get in touch with us at support@toojwear.com

Our representative will help you sort out the issue as soon as possible.

I am not happy with the product I received. Now What?

Our first priority is to help you out any way we can, so if there is something wrong with the product, we’ll help you to our best to sort and the matter with you.

If you still want to return the product, that isn’t a problem we have a 30 days simple return policy.  Send us an email at support@toojwear.com (with a subject line saying “RETURNS” and our representative will help you ship it back.

Please note that the product should be unused and in its original condition with tags attached.  Make sure the item is not used

Who will pay for the return shipping?

The customer will pay for the return shipping.

How can I return my jacket?

First things first, email us your query at support@toojwear.com, we will discuss your query and then provide you the address where you can send the product.

What type of packaging should I use?

We strive to reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can. Feel free to use the packaging for your own daily chores.

Measurements & fitting

Can I measure myself alone?

Do not take the measurement on your own. You may not be able to get the desired measurement and it may go wrong. We recommend taking the help of somebody or visiting your tailor who is an expert in your body/jacket measurements 

Can I use the measurements from a jacket that I already own?

No. We wouldn’t recommend that. It’s better that you give us your body measurements as we make jackets especially for YOU.

I am afraid I won’t be able to get the right measurements.

How soon can I get my jacket altered?

Within 30 working days! Yes, as treat all of you individually and your satisfaction comes first at Toojwear. If it’s a simple fix we’ll do it for free and you’ll only have to pay for the shipping charges in this case.

We assure you that your jacket is going to fit you just right if your provided measurements are accurate. To have a jacket that is on point for you, be sure that you follow our measurement guidelines perfectly.

You can have your money back too

In case your altered jacket still doesn’t fit you, we will refund you the full amount. If it’s our mistake. However, custom-sized jackets will not be eligible for a full refund. Make sure the jackets you send us are unwashed, and unworn and should have its original tags attached.

After how much time can I go for alteration?

We can alter the jacket for 30 working days after you receive it.

What if it’s still not fitting perfectly?

That is uncommon. If in case it still doesn’t fit you, contact us at support@toojwear.com and we will make the required alterations free of cost. You just have to bear the courier/shopping cost.  However, please make sure that you provide us exactly the same size you sent us earlier when you placed your order.  

Measurement Guide

Firstly, please make sure that your measuring tape is not lost itself.

Neck

Measure your neck right above the collar level which should be the widest part of your neck. Make sure that the gap between your measuring tape and skin should be 2 fingers.

Shoulder

With the help of your friend, measure the length of the crown of one shoulder to the crown of the other shoulder with your arms down and back relaxed.

Arms

Place your arm on your hipbone in an arc-like position. Start measuring from your shoulder to your elbow then down to where you want your jacket’s sleeve to end.

Chest

Measure the widest area of your chest, under your arms. Ensure that the measuring tape is at an equal height.

Mid torso

Measure the narrow part between your rib cage and belly for the perfect shape of the jacket.

Waist

Measure your waistline where you tie your belt.

Length

Measure the length from the back starting from the collar area to wherever you wish your jacket to end.

Biceps

Measure the area of your upper arm and your bicep’s widest part.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. We will keep you updated with the progress of your personalized jacket through emails.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

FOR SURE!!! We have a very strict privacy policy regarding our customers and their personal information. All the transactions take place under a secure server.

Please go through our privacy policy to clear any questions regarding your personal information.

We do not save any credit card information of our customers that they provide us.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. We will provide you a ‘tracking ID’ through which you can easily track your order. Our website will help you track your jacket

Why do I have to create an account to buy?

You are our most valuable customer and we would love to always update you about the latest offerings through emails. Also, we would like to update you about your order and for you to get back to us in case of any queries.

What information do I have to provide while performing checkout?

We would want your name, shipping address, billing address, credit card, and contact number information for payment. That’s it!!

Can I make any amendments after I’ve placed my order?

Of course, you can!!

You can make amendments to the jacket design within 24 hours of placing an order because after a day we consider that your order is finalized and the craftsmen will start working on your design. You can amend your shipping address within 48 hours of placing the order.

However, we are not responsible for any lost packages.

Customer order request

Begin with placing an order for your fully customized jacket that we will be crafted especially for you. We will provide you with free consultation for minor details of your jacket. You can also reach out to us at support@toojwear.com

Order Placement

You can choose and personalize your jacket and checkout from our website after making payment as a normal e-commerce process available on any website in the world.

Production & Delivery

You will be updated on every bit of the production process and you can also track your shipment on our website by providing your order tracking number. In case of any issues, you can also reach out to us at support@toojwear.comProduction Process

Pattern Making

With the help of pictures, illustrations, and text, the production team is updated with every single detail of the jacket so that it comes out just as you imagined it to be.

Fabrication/Leather making

Leather is ordered from our trusted vendor to craft your customized jacket which takes in a maximum of 10 working days. 

Cutting & Construction

Once the leather arrives, it is dispatched to the cutting and then to the stitching department.

Embroidery, printing & accessories

The custom jacket is sent to different departments if your design involves threadwork, embroidery, digital printing, or debossing of your name on the jacket (if requested by you).

Finishing & QC

After the jacket is completely ready as per your order, we send the jackets to the quality control department where it is scrutinized for every detail you wanted it to have. After it passes the QC, the order is dispatched to you.
